Our traineeship is our pride and joy. In 24 months, you will learn more about yourself than you ever thought possible, and we will prepare you to face every challenge with a smile. In a small, close-knit group you will work hard to learn a great deal about yourself and the other members of your group. A fairly intense, but unforgettable experience that will hand you every tool you need to confidently start your career!

On & Off the Job
As a brand-new Springer, you will start working for one of our clients and at the same time start your training programme. In the first few weeks, you will draw up a talent development plan, meet your personal coach and the rest of your group, and participate in a boot camp. The skills you learn during the ‘Off the Job’ training are directly applicable to your work.

Tailor-made just for you
The starting point is: who are you? Together, we will find out what kind of person you are: what your strengths and weaknesses are, and how you can use those to reach your full potential. The goal is to use the things you’ve learned to contribute to yourself, your surroundings, and the organisation in which you work. You’ll be participating in a training programme in which the theory is combined with an extensive personal development track.

Network of peers
You won’t be following the training programme alone. Some blood, sweat, and tears may be involved, but this will only bring you closer as a group. Together, you will be reflecting on your mutual and individual progress in peer-to-peer coaching sessions in which you’ll be able to discuss problems and issues you’re facing in your work. The relationships you create here often turn out to be life-long bonds!
